This Cookie Policy explains how DUAL Perks, operated by DUAL Ltd, uses cookies and similar technologies. This policy applies to the DUAL Perks web application. The DUAL Perks mobile app does not use cookies.

3. Our Approach
DUAL Perks uses essential cookies only. We do not use any analytics, tracking, advertising, marketing, or third-party cookies. We believe in collecting the minimum data necessary to provide a functional service.

All cookies listed above are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Without them, you would not be able to log in or use the platform.
5. Mobile App Storage
The DUAL Perks mobile app (iOS and Android) does not use cookies. Instead, it uses:
- Expo SecureStore: Encrypted device storage for session tokens, PIN, and authentication data. This data is stored locally on your device and protected by the operating system's security mechanisms.
- AsyncStorage: Non-sensitive preferences such as display settings.
This data is not accessible to other apps or websites and is deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.
6. Third-Party Cookies
We do not set, permit, or use any third-party cookies. Our third-party service providers (Supabase, Vercel) may set their own essential cookies for infrastructure operation, but we do not use these for tracking or analytics.
7. Managing Cookies
Since we only use essential cookies, disabling them may prevent the web version of DUAL Perks from functioning correctly. If you wish to manage cookies, you can do so through your browser settings:

8. Do Not Track
The Service responds to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, since we do not use any tracking cookies, your experience is the same regardless of this setting.
